FlyMail (flymail.ai) provides AI-assisted email drafting tools on the web and through mobile apps. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information we process
When you generate an email, the text you submit is sent to our AI provider to produce a draft. We do not use your email content to train public models. Avoid pasting passwords, financial account numbers, medical records, or other highly sensitive data into any AI tool.
What we do not store
FlyMail does not retain the full text of emails you generate through the free web tools after the request completes. Usage limits may be tracked with anonymous counters (such as IP-based daily limits) without storing message content.
Mobile app
The FlyMail iOS and Android apps may collect standard app analytics and account-related data as described in each app store listing and in-app privacy disclosures.
Third parties
AI processing may involve third-party API providers. Their policies govern how inputs are handled on their systems. We choose providers with clear data-use terms for API customers.
