Terms of Use

Rules for using FlyMail AI email writing tools on the web and in our mobile apps.

Effective date: June 24, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of FlyMail, including flymail.ai, free web email generators, app guides, blog content, and related iOS and Android apps (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

What FlyMail provides

FlyMail is an AI-assisted email drafting tool. It helps you generate, rewrite, and reply to emails from prompts, notes, or thread context. FlyMail is not an email client, legal advisor, HR service, compliance reviewer, or guarantee that any message will receive a reply or achieve a business outcome.

AI output is probabilistic. You are responsible for reviewing every draft for factual accuracy, tone, recipients, attachments, privacy, and any legal or workplace implications before sending.

Acceptable use

  • Use the Service only for lawful personal or business communication purposes.
  • Do not scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or attempt to bypass rate limits or security controls.
  • Do not use the Service to send spam, phishing, harassment, or deceptive messages.
  • Do not paste passwords, financial account numbers, medical records, or other highly sensitive data into prompts unless you are authorized to do so and understand how data is processed.
  • Follow your employer’s policies and applicable laws (including CAN-SPAM and workplace communication rules) when using AI-assisted email for work.

Accounts, subscriptions, and payments

If you create an account or purchase paid features through an app store, you are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account. Billing, renewals, and refunds follow the platform or store policy that processed the purchase.

Intellectual property

We own or license the Service software, branding, website content, and design. You may not copy, resell, or republish the Service except as allowed by law or written permission. You retain ownership of content you submit; you grant us only the rights needed to process requests and operate the Service.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for sending errors, misidentified recipients, business losses, compliance failures, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

Termination and changes

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if needed to protect the Service or other users. We may modify the Service or these terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
